MAJOR Pre-Purchase

This is a fully comprehensive 9 page printed inspection report which includes an Experian Gold Data Check valued at £35.
The inspection involves a thorough jacked up examination of all mechanical components and also the bodywork, paintwork and understructure, for evidence of any damage or unsatisfactory repair work. The interior and electrical components are checked and the vehicle’s electronic control unit checked for any fault codes.(where applicable).
Digital photographs of areas of concern or particular interest and a full road test carried out. There is also a follow-up telephone call from the engineer to discuss the report details.

GENERAL Inspection

This is a comprehensive 9 page printed inspection report mainly intended for customers who already own the vehicle and have concerns over its condition and possibly are in dispute with the vendor. The inspection involves a thorough jacked up examination of all mechanical components and the bodywork, paintwork and understructure, for evidence of any damage or unsatisfactory repair work. The interior and electrical components are checked, plus the electronic control unit checked for any fault codes (where applicable). This also includes digital photographs of areas of concern or particular interest and a full road test. There is also a follow-up telephone call from the engineer to discuss the report details.

CLASSIC CAR Inspection

This is a comprehensive 9 page printed Pre-Purchase report designed for Classic Cars or vehicles over 20 years old. The inspection includes an Experian Gold Data Check. There will be particular attention paid to the chassis, paintwork and understructure and comments on the standard of any restoration work. The inspection involves a thorough jacked up examination of all mechanical components and bodywork / understructure for evidence of damage, corrosion or unsatisfactory reinstatement. It also includes the inspection of the interior and all electrical components plus digital photographs of areas of concern or particular interest. A full road test is carried out and a follow-up telephone call from the engineer to discuss the report details.

BODYWORK Inspection

This inspection report is designed for vehicles that have recently undergone bodywork repairs. The inspection is usually carried out at the repairers premises on completion of the work and a ramp is sometimes required. The reinstatement work will be checked against repair estimate or final bill. Where appropriate, digital photographs and a road test will be carried out. There is also a follow-up telephone call from the engineer to discuss the report details.

Our inspections process includes many features including digital paint depth meters, advanced electronic diagnostic test equipment, digital photographs and e-mailed reports.

The diagnostic equipment can record any component fault codes stored in the vehicle's computer memory. If there are no fault codes present, it may possible to determine whether any faults have been present previously and subsequently erased.
